Shipping Procedures:
Orders are shipped by Fed Ex or freight carrier in the 48 contiguous states with shipping and handling charges added, whether prepaid or invoiced. Fed Ex Next Day and Second Day delivery available upon request. Additional charges will apply.
Shipping and handling costs are based on weight of individual cartons in shipment, not total weight of all cartons. Shipments requiring a skid will be subject to a crating/skid charge of $39.95 per skid. Add 50 lbs. per skid when estimating shipping weight.
Minimum Order:
A $10.00 handling charge will be added to net total orders of less than $50.00.
Return Policy:
A "Return Goods Authorization" (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns. Returned merchandise must include our packing slip and must be returned in its original packaging and must be received in resalable condition to ensure proper credit. Returns must be made via a traceable form such as Fed Ex, RPS or insured mail. Purchases returned after 14 Days will have a 15% Restocking Fee. All purchases are final after 30 days. No exception without prior authorization from Ergosource. All shipping charges associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer.
